Broker and owner Drew Colburn founded the group in 2004 and grew the brokerage from zero to twenty million dollars in annual sales in just three years. As president of Colburn McDonald & Associates, Drew built a firm known for out-of-the-box solutions — residential and commercial sales, short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties — with brokers, attorneys, and CPAs on staff to support the process.
Beyond traditional brokerage, the group consults with local banks on their real-estate-owned portfolios and notes, navigating the REO, short-sale, loan-modification, and due-diligence world with applied analytics and decades of experience. That institutional discipline carries into every residential transaction we close.
Most of all, we are local. Our team lives, works, and raises families in the communities we serve.
